1. Free 7-Day Trial Period
We encourage all users to download our 7-day free trial before purchasing. The trial provides 100% full access to all features (including multi-sink audio routing and latency offset calibration) without requiring any credit card or payment commitment.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your purchase was made within the last 15 calendar days.
- You purchased directly from our official website (via LemonSqueezy).
- Applies to both Annual License ($25.99) and Lifetime License ($35.99) purchases.
- Monthly Subscriptions ($5.99/mo): Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once billed, but can be canceled anytime with 1 click to prevent any future charges.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Your order number or the email address used during purchase.
- (Optional) A brief note about what didn't work, so we can improve future updates.
4. Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed immediately through LemonSqueezy. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, the funds typically appear back on your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
