1. Local Audio Processing Guarantee

PairPlay never records, captures, uploads, or listens to your audio streams. All audio routing, volume balancing, and latency compensation happen 100% locally in-memory on your device CPU. No audio data ever leaves your computer.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect the minimal information necessary to deliver and improve our software:

• Website Analytics: When visiting getpairplay.com, anonymous usage data (pages viewed, referral source, scroll depth) is collected via PostHog to optimize website performance. IP addresses are anonymized.
• License Verification: When activating the software, your license key and an anonymized hardware identifier (hash) are checked to verify device activations.
• Purchase Information: When purchasing a license, payment details (credit card, billing address) are processed securely by LemonSqueezy. PairPlay never stores or sees your payment card numbers.

3. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain user preferences and lightweight analytics cookies to track referral traffic (such as UTM parameters). You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
